Specifics from HR Policy (for all employees)
– Probation Period: One year (12 months)
– Timelines / target dates need to be followed for completion of all activities (as stated above), as assigned.
– 12 leaves per annum/as per Govt norms.
– Candidate should be responsible towards their duties and should be capable to meet the targets assigned.
– Candidate should be willing to travel, if required.
– Local travel will be required for meetings / organising events or trainings etc.
– Minimum Serving Tenure : Commitment of min. 2years is required by the full time employees.
– Manager can hire interns/ more team members, to expand the Krystahl Academy.
