Responsibilities:

  1.  Market and Sales of products and services
  2.  Create Marketing plan & Execute marketing plan for products from Sanshodhan.
    • Social media and digital marketing ; Create and promote content
    • Develop the market base and new clients
    • Coordinate /meet with existing clients, online, thru web-event, or visit their offices, as/if required.
  1.  Develop, Measure and evaluate the marketing strategies, implement and measure the impact /returns gained
  2.  Gather market feedback/ Study feedback and provide inputs for enhancements of products / services
  3.  Business development – Grow client list/enhance Business
  4.  Meet the targets of on-boarding new clients and Expand client base
  5.  Identify competition & list their features
  6.  Submit new proposals for funding / tenders. Aim to make it a success.
  7.  Coordinate among team members for sound implementation of business expansion and planned activities.
  8.  Responsibilities as /when assigned by the team lead.
  9.  Timelines / target dates need to be followed for completion of all activities (as stated above), as assigned.

Skills:

Good negotiation skills, Excellent communication skills, Quick learner, Knowledge about the industry/sector; Time management, Confidentiality, High Integrity and Problem solving skills are desirable.

Probation Period:

One year (12 months) from the date of joining.

Minimum Serving Tenure:

Commitment of min. 3 years is required by the candidate.

9.30 am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
