Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare technical content for training/ webinar.
  2. Organise trainings and webinars.
  3. Create network on faculty members from industry and organisations
  4. Coordinate with faculty members/any organisation, as required to organise the training program, successfully.
  5. Coordinate & Communicate with external organisations/ clients/ project partners. Assist the management team for communication with clients /organisations, as required.
  6. Keep track of all necessary documentation/ emails, required for the development of organisation.
  7. Scan opportunities for fund raising /projects.
  8. Secondary research / project development, as guided by the organisation
  9. Design messages for propagating webinars/ trainings.
  10. Develop training material and presentations
  11. Develop the ecosystem for expansion of Krystahl Academy.
  12. Responsibilities are listed but not limited to.
  13. Candidate should be open to collaborate and work across teams.
  14. Candidate will be guided by the organisation. We welcomes the proactive candidates, with good communication skills, ready to deliver best of their capabilities, for the progress of the organisation.

Probation Period:

One year (12 months)

Minimum Serving Tenure:

Commitment of min. 2 years is required by the full time employees.

Office Hours:

10.00 am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday

Anywhere in India

Terms & Conditions:

As per organisations’ HR policy. Specifics from HR Policy (for all employees) – Probation Period: One year (12 months) – Timelines / target dates need to be followed for completion of all activities (as stated above), as assigned. – 12 leaves per annum/as per Govt norms. – Candidate should be responsible towards their duties and should be capable to meet the targets assigned. – Candidate should be willing to travel, if required. – Local travel will be required for meetings / organising events or trainings etc. – Minimum Serving Tenure : Commitment of min. 2years is required by the full time employees. – Manager can hire interns/ more team members, to expand the Krystahl Academy.
